Took a break from 'Manney' to do more work on the 1920's kids.

These kids on average wouldn't make it past 30. The mines were a very dangerous place to work. They had to use oil lamps to light their way, which usually led to explosions; what with coal being flammable n all.
Makes me appreciate my desk job. :D

ReplyDeleteThat certainly puts things into perspective. I realize there's a lot of people out of work right now, but still we are far better off then what people experienced during the Great Depression....
Anyways...GREAT drawings dude. Love the moody line and the tonal designs have a nice appeal to them.
